Country Manager UK

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Country Manager to lead and grow our Scandinavian business. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers in Sweden, Denmark and Norway and will be responsible for all incoming acquisition. This can vary from on demand tech support, to leading sales cycles from lead to closure by phone or email. You will also be responsible for optimizing and maintaining the Scandinavian webshops and the other marketing channels. This can range from fine tuning content, to SEA, SEO, blogs, improving the FAQ and developing use cases.

Next to your day-to-day responsibilities, there is space to pursue your own projects. Like us, you believe that there is always room for improvement and you are eager to make progress. In the past, this has led to a wide variety of projects like developing renders, blogs, video content and strategic projects that impact our products and our way of working. We won't limit your vision with narrow briefs, endless reporting, and long winded research stages. If you have an idea, go for it.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the full-sales cycle for the SE, DK and NO webshops
  • Manage the full support cycle for the SE, DK and NO webshops
  • Optimize and maintain the content and FAQ of our SE, DK and NO webshops and marketing communications
  • Become an expert on Beetronics products and value propositions
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive improvement initiatives

What you'll bring:

Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy and has a basic technical understanding of monitors and touchscreens (video-connectors, resolutions, aspect ratios etc). You’re someone who can speak with people and understand how you can help them, identifying customer needs and challenges through efficient questioning. You are a good listener and prefer to think in terms of opportunities rather than problems. We are growing fast and are constantly working to improve our business. Someone who can work independently and is highly motivated to improve the company will feel most comfortable at Beetronics. In addition, we are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in Swedish (Danish or Norwegian are a plus!)
  • Able to self-motivate and work independently – able to get things done
  • Tech-savvy and highly digital  
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant commercial/support experience
