Country Manager Netherlands

We’re seeking an experienced, digital and tech-savvy Country Manager to take ownership of our Dutch-speaking webshops and customers across the Netherlands and Belgium. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers and manage the complete customer journey, from incoming inquiries and technical product consultation to quotations, order processing, invoicing, support, and aftersales.

A key part of the role is providing knowledgeable, consultative support to professional customers. You’ll regularly speak with technically experienced professionals who integrate our displays into their own systems and expect a capable counterpart. You should be able to understand what a customer is trying to achieve, ask the right questions, and confidently recommend the appropriate display solution.

Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, there’s room to take on your own projects and initiatives that enhance the customer experience, improve internal processes, or strengthen our marketing. These projects are not strictly defined. They develop based on your skills and interests, and we always make sure there’s room for them alongside your core responsibilities. Past examples include creating use cases, improving the FAQ, optimizing manuals and quick-start guides, or refining SEO and SEA content.

You’ll collaborate closely with our international team, working with both U.S. and European colleagues through Slack, phone, email, and project management tools. This is a hybrid position with a high degree of autonomy and requires you to be comfortable taking ownership and working independently. Our head office is located in the Jordaan in central Amsterdam, with a minimum of two days per week working from the office.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the complete customer journey for our Dutch-language webshops in the Netherlands and Belgium
• Handle incoming customer inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, order processing, invoicing, support, and aftersales
• Provide display and product consultation to SMBs, key accounts, and technically experienced professionals via phone and email
• Maintain and optimize product information and content across the Dutch-language webshops and marketing channels
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes, tools, and the overall customer experience

Your Profile

We’re looking for an experienced professional who communicates confidently and professionally, both verbally and in writing, is digitally proficient, and has a practical understanding of display technology. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable understanding and explaining display specifications such as resolution, refresh rates, aspect ratios, video inputs and connectivity, signal compatibility, and power requirements.
You’ll be working with customers ranging from SMBs to engineers, integrators, AV professionals, and other technical specialists. The ideal candidate is articulate, technically capable, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility and working independently.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role involving technical products, product consultation, or support
• Comfortable reading, understanding, and explaining display and product specifications
• Digitally proficient and comfortable working with e-commerce platforms, CMS tools, and other online business systems
• Self-motivated with a high level of autonomy
• B2B experience is a plus
